In any home it is essential that staffing is adequate to meet the needs of the resident, as well as regular auditing.
We have a full complement of care staff, housekeeping staff and catering staff many of whom have completed NVQ level 2 and 3.
Our activity co-ordinators have a wealth of experience and provide therapeutic experiences for the residents at White Gables in group and one to one sessions. They also organise an excellent and varied programme of entertainment which is thoroughly enjoyed by residents and their families throughout the year.
Our services and maintenance team keep the home in a good state of repair and ensure any work needed is done efficiently and effectively. We are proud to maintain a high level of safety and cleanliness.
